N-Boc-N’-nitro-L-arginine application:

N-Boc N ‘- nitro L-arginine is an intermediate in chiral organic synthesis, mainly used as a molecular skeleton to participate in the synthesis of chiral drug molecules and bioactive molecules. The nitrogen and atomic groups in N-Boc-N ‘- nitro-L-arginine can be removed under acidic conditions. In addition, the carboxyl groups in the molecular structure can even be removed under certain conditions. Carboxyl groups can also undergo esterification reactions with alcohol compounds under appropriate conditions to obtain corresponding ester forms of amino acids.
