HEDP•Na2 application:

HEDP·Na2 is an organic phosphonic acid scale and corrosion inhibitor that can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc, and can dissolve oxides on metal surfaces. HEDP·Na2 can still have good corrosion and scale inhibition effects at 250°C, is still very stable under high pH values, is not easy to hydrolyze, and is not easy to decompose under general light and heat conditions. Its acid and alkali resistance and chlorine oxidation resistance are better than other organic phosphonic acids (salts). HEDP·Na2 can form a six-membered ring chelate with metal ions in water, especially calcium ions, so it has good scale inhibition effect and obvious solution limit effect. When used in combination with other water treatment agents, it shows ideal synergy effect.
