Disodium fumarate Usage
1. Used as raw materials for food industry flavoring agents, polyester resins, mordants and adhesives.
2. The product is replaced with ferrous sulfate to obtain ferric fumarate, that is, medical ferric iron, which is used to treat small red blood cell anemia.
