Artemether Usage
Artemether has a direct killing effect on the red inner stage of the plasmodium, is ineffective in the tissue stage, and has low toxicity to experimental animals. It is absorbed in the body, widely distributed, and excreted quickly. Electron microscope observation shows that the main effect of this product on Plasmodium murine is the membrane structure, and its antimalarial mechanism is believed to interfere with the function of the mitochondrial membrane of Plasmodium.
